This couple had a very special reason for having a beach photo session in Gulf Shores. They’re using the pictures to make the big announcement to their family that they are expecting their first baby! Congratulations to the new parents from all of us at Shore Shooters!
This family has been vacationing in Perdido Key, Florida for years because they’ve owned their condo since it was built in 1980. But this visit was even more special because the grandparents were celebrating their 50th anniversary!

Don’t panic if you see a few clouds in the sky on the day of your beach portrait session! A cloudy sky can result in pictures that look much better than a perfectly clear sky. Our Gulf Shores team had the perfect weather last week. There were some clouds in the sky, but not enough to completely block out the sun. Here’s one of April Loyle’s sunset sessions from one of those partly cloudy evenings at Alabama Point in Orange Beach.

While vacationing in Gulf Shores, this family decided to use their family photography session to make a very important announcement! They just found out that the new addition to their family is a girl! Malachi was proud to announce that he is going to be a big brother!
We’re happy to have Trisha LaCoste back on our Gulf Shores photography team for the summer months! Trisha lives in Houston, but spends part of the busy summer season with us in Alabama. Here’s one of Trisha’s recent beach photography sessions.
This beach portrait session was a Mother’s Day present for the grandmother of the family. Beach pictures are always the PERFECT gift!
